Your website represents YOUR business. Your involvement in the development process is crucial for a successful website.
Phase 1: Project Planning
Because every project is unique, we try to get as much information up front so that we can give you a detailed Scope Assessment and accurate cost estimate.
This is best accomplished by phone (or e-mail) interview with the client's lead decision maker and follow-up. Because all of our sites are built to custom, having a consistent point-of-contact on both sides is considered best practice.
Ultimately, we really take the time at this stage to figure out the best solution for you. We offer you a proposal and upon agreement initial payment is made and work begins according to schedule.
Phase II: Design and Development
Design, functional development, and content gathering are concurrent efforts. You will be able to view design mock-ups and construction site as the project unfolds. At various points you will need to make decisions and give approval to keep the project moving forward. A detailed listing of client and Superclean deliverables is included in the contract.
Phase III: Site Launch
After refinements, testing, and client approval, the site is launched. If this is a Custom CMS or CRM/Intranet, there is usually a training period. Service and Support is then rendered as agreed.
